Service Description
Free specialised counselling support in NSW. At Yurandalli, we offer approved Victims Services counselling for people impacted by crime, trauma and violence across Sydney and NSW. Whether you’ve experienced domestic or family violence, sexual assault, child abuse or another traumatic event, our qualified counsellor provides compassionate, evidence-based care. This service is free with a valid Victims Services Counselling reference number *(00). For first time clients, the VCS system take 5 business days to register you into the system, first time bookings need to be scheduled for 1 week ahead of providing your reference number.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact within 24 hours. VCS clients have 2 available cancellations after which counselling availability will be reviewed by the counsellor and may be discontinued. Please discuss this with your counsellor.
