Counselling fees.
All fees are in AUD and are per 50-minute session. For appointments at exactly 5 pm, please confirm which fee applies.

Funding and payment questions.
Tell the practice if you are enquiring through Victims Services, NDIS funding or an employer assistance arrangement. Availability, approval and payment arrangements need to be confirmed before your session.
Confirm whether any funding or rebate applies to your situation. A referral or plan should not be assumed to cover the fee.

Cancellation and payment terms.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. The full session fee applies to cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments.
