Why Your Feedback Matters
Feedback helps us improve the quality, accessibility, and safety of our counselling and mental health services. Sharing feedback is always optional and completely up to you.
Your Choice Will Not Affect Your Care
Whether you choose to provide feedback or not, it will not impact:

We do not offer incentives or rewards for reviews or testimonials.

Your privacy is important. Before leaving feedback, please keep in mind:

Public reviews are not anonymous. Platforms like Google may show your name, photo, or other identifying details.

Avoid sharing personal information in any feedback (public or private). This includes names, workplaces, events, diagnoses, or anything that could identify you or someone else.

We maintain strict confidentiality and will never confirm whether someone is a client of our practice.
