Service Description
Yurandalli is honoured to work in partnership with BilaEmpower, a First Nations-led Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider offering culturally safe, holistic support across Australia. Exclusively available to employees of organisations partnered with EAP provider BilaEmpower. Together, we bring our experience in safety, mental health, and wellbeing to deliver EAP services that are accessible, inclusive, and culturally responsive for individuals, organisations, and communities.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved especially for you, so we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, no fee applies and any pre-paid amount can be refunded or moved to another date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may incur a late cancellation or no-show fee up to the full session cost, with pre-paid fees forfeited. However, in cases of serious or unexpected circumstances, such as illness, emergencies, caring responsibilities, cultural obligations, or technology failures, we may reduce or waive these fees at our discretion, provided you contact us promptly.
