As a Gamilaraay Murri living and working on Dharawal Country, I acknowledge the Dharawal people as the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters where Yurandalli is grounded, honouring their strength, wisdom, leadership, and ongoing connections to Country, language, story, kin, and spirituality. I pay my deepest respects to Elders past and present, and to young people carrying culture forward. I also acknowledge my own Gamilaraay kin, Country, and ancestors, whose courage, creativity, and community care shape my journey alongside all peoples.
