Missed Sessions Policy
To ensure fairness and accountability in managing our time and commitment to your counselling journey, the following policy applies:
Session cancellation must occur at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. VCS covers up to two missed sessions at half the regular rate of $120. In addition, I will offer an extra two missed sessions with no financial penalty. This allows for a total of four (4) missed sessions. Beyond this, I will no longer be able to provide counselling, and you will need to find a new counsellor via the VCS website.

Transparency in Session Usage
Your 22 VCS hours are tracked in 30-minute intervals. Note the following details:
-
15 minutes of each session are allocated for administrative tasks.
-
Sessions range from a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours.
-
Standard sessions typically run for 30 to 45 minutes. If you require a longer session, this must be arranged in advance or agreed upon during the session itself.
